What We Do & Where We Are
We are the Glasgow University Law Society, one of the oldest, largest and most active societies at the University of Glasgow. We represent the 800+ Law Students at the University of Glasgow and our student-led committee organises a number of fun social, sporting, charity and academic events for our members here on campus.
We also publish the Glasgow University Law Review, a website aimed at helping you survive your degree at Glasgow University! We also double as an Academic Journal, to inspire you to reach your full potential and showcase everything our students have to offer.
This website is aimed at keeping you all up to date on the GULS ventures and to provide a source of procrastination when you most need it. If you have any suggestions or comments for the committee, please feel free to e-mail email@example.com and we will get back to you!
The GULS are easily the most active Law Society in the whole of Scotland, and we are extremely interested not only in providing a place to blow of steam between lectures, but to also help you get your dream job at the end. We partner up with a number of excellent law firms, including Pinsent Masons, Linklaters and Allen & Overy. This makes sure that you have a lot of exposure to the biggest and best firms, and that you are ready to enter the world of law following your time here at Glasgow.
Studying Law here is a thoroughly worthwhile experience and you are sure to meet a lot of excellent people. We aren't all the same, so our vast array of different ventures mean that you are sure to find something that suits you!
This year we plan to hold regular surgeries with GULS committee members on campus, who will be there to offer you advice and help whenever you need it. We also offer an online advice line, just e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions and we will help!
Team GULS xoxo
